Zentiva Romania to be delisted from Bucharest Stock Exchange, halting trading on Nov. 19.

Zentiva Romania, a drug manufacturer, will be delisted from the Bucharest Stock Exchange following approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority. Zentiva Group, owning 96% of Zentiva SA, will withdraw shares from trading, setting a withdrawal price of 4.5134 lei per share for minority shareholders. Trading will halt starting November 19. Despite this move, Zentiva SA reported a 22% increase in net turnover and nearly doubled its net profit in the first half of the year, with a current stock market valuation of 2.8 billion lei.
