Two Just Stop Oil activists face charges for spraying orange powder on Stonehenge to protest fossil fuels.

Two Just Stop Oil activists, 73-year-old Rajan Naidu and 22-year-old Niamh Lynch, have been charged with damaging an ancient monument and causing a public nuisance after spraying orange powder on Stonehenge during a protest in June. The incident occurred just before the Summer Solstice. They are scheduled to appear in court on December 13. The group claims the act was meant to highlight the need for a treaty to phase out fossil fuels by 2030.
