Scottish politicians complain about police recording hate incidents from their criticism of gender policies.

Golden has even threatened legal action, arguing the NCHIs unfairly target free speech. Police Scotland maintains that recording such incidents helps monitor community tensions but declined to comment further due to the complaints.
