Philippine gaming revenues surged 37.52% in Q3 2024, driven by a 464% rise in e-gaming.

The Philippine gaming industry saw a 37.52% increase in gross gaming revenues (GGR) to ₱94.61 billion in Q3 2024, up from ₱68.79 billion in the same period last year. E-gaming revenue surged by 464%, generating ₱35.71 billion, while licensed casinos contributed ₱50.72 billion, despite a 2.27% decline. Pagcor expects e-gaming to generate up to ₱78 billion in license fees by year-end, significantly aiding the 2024 revenue target of ₱100 billion.
