MLB Awards: Ohtani, Crochet, Clase, Sale, and Helsley honored for outstanding performances.

At the MLB Awards Show in Las Vegas, Chicago White Sox's Garrett Crochet won the AL Comeback Player of the Year, and Cleveland Guardians' Emmanuel Clase was named AL Reliever of the Year. Los Angeles Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani received the Edgar Martinez Outstanding Designated Hitter Award, with Atlanta Braves' Chris Sale named the NL Comeback Player of the Year. St. Louis Cardinals' Ryan Helsley secured the NL Reliever of the Year. Ohtani broke records with his impressive season statistics, while Sale led the NL in wins, ERA, and strikeouts. Crochet rebounded from Tommy John surgery, and Clase led the AL with 47 saves and a 0.61 ERA.
