Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga has called for a resolution to the ongoing dispute between Senators and Members of Parliament over revenue allocation to county governments. The disagreement centers on the Sh10.5 billion Road Maintenance Levy Fund and how much of the total budget, around Sh400 billion, should be allocated to counties. Odinga warns that the impasse could undermine Kenya's devolution system.
