Hanwha Group's $790.6M acquisition of Singapore's Dyna-Mac approved by local regulators.

The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore has approved South Korea's Hanwha Group's S$790.6 million takeover of Singapore-based oil contractor Dyna-Mac. The deal will give Hanwha access to Dyna-Mac's manufacturing facilities and vessels in Singapore. The CCCS found the acquisition unlikely to reduce competition in offshore plant supply. Dyna-Mac's largest shareholder has backed the S$0.67 per share offer.
