Former reality show star Anthony Jacobs, who survived cardiac arrest at 18, advocates for defibrillators in sports.

Anthony Jacobs, 27, a cast member on E4’s new reality show "It's A Scouse Life," nearly died at 18 when his heart stopped during a football game. Seven strangers performed CPR for over 30 minutes until paramedics revived him. Jacobs, who now supports defibrillator availability at amateur sports venues, stars in the show, which aired its pilot on November 12.
