A small Cessna plane crash-landed upside down near Sepulveda Basin in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, on Thursday morning. The pilot and passenger, a man and a woman, were rescued and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, declining hospital treatment. The pilot reported engine trouble before the crash. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
