Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter congratulating Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Palestine's national holiday. Aliyev expressed support for Palestinian freedom and a peaceful resolution based on a two-state solution with East Jerusalem as Palestine's capital.
