Thomas Forrest, 24, was caught inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon while driving a Mercedes at a McDonald's drive-thru in Stirling, leading to a high-speed chase. Forrest, already disqualified from driving, was found guilty of careless driving, driving without insurance, and driving while disqualified. He was banned from driving for 33 months, ordered to do 135 hours of unpaid work, and placed under social work supervision for 12 months.
