Samuel Sperry sentenced to 9 to 12 years for fatal crash that killed Shirley Coletta.

A 27-year-old man, Samuel Sperry, has been sentenced to 9 to 12 years in prison for causing a fatal crash last April. While driving over 100 mph under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Sperry hit another vehicle on I-71, killing 76-year-old Shirley Coletta and seriously injuring her daughter. Sperry was found guilty of aggravated vehicular homicide, assault, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
