A 29-year-old man, Ja'Quain Quintez Miller, has been sentenced to 38 years in prison for the 2021 second-degree murder of 47-year-old Scottie Humbles in Lynchburg, Virginia. Miller also pleaded guilty to additional charges including drug possession and use of a firearm during the murder.
