Indian startup ePlane has secured $14 million in funding to develop its electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicle, the e200x. The funding, led by Speciale Invest and Antares Ventures, will support flight testing planned for mid-2025, and aims to commercialize the air taxi by 2026. The funds will also enhance drone technology and testing facilities, potentially expanding the company's reach to global markets.
