Father pleads guilty to neglecting infant who ingested meth; faces up to 10 years in prison.

David Mallo, 27, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty to child neglect and drug possession after his 5-month-old baby was found unresponsive with methamphetamine in his system. Mallo admitted to relapsing and falling asleep while caring for his infant, who was later found to have ingested meth. Sentencing is set for January 8, with Mallo facing up to 10 years in prison for the felony charge and additional time for misdemeanors.
