ADB approves $285M for Nepal to promote green development and tackle climate risks.

The Asian Development Bank has approved over $285 million in financing for two projects in Nepal aimed at promoting green development and addressing climate change and geophysical risks. The funds include a $100 million policy-based loan and a $170 million concessional loan, alongside a $15 million grant to aid the poorest members. An additional $1.75 million grant will support modernizing the water supply sector's IT and operational procedures.
