Three juveniles are under investigation for allegedly starting a fire at a warehouse under construction in Manhattan, Kansas, on November 9, 2024. Two 15-year-old boys, Jakeem Coopwood Jr. and Jordan Ehret, were detained and face charges including arson, burglary, and contributing to the misconduct of a minor. A 12-year-old was also involved but was released to his guardian. Coopwood admitted to igniting cardboard boxes with a spray can and lighter.
