Over half of Irish workers prefer jobs with hybrid working options, rejecting full-office roles.

Over half of Irish employees would reject job offers without hybrid working options, according to a recent survey by Hays Ireland. The study, with 1,150 responses, also found that 46% of workers would accept a lower salary for a fully remote role. Currently, 45% of employees work in a hybrid model, while 40% are office-based. Despite this, 55% of organizations require staff to be in the office at least two to three times per week. The survey indicates that work-life balance is a top priority, with 61% of employees satisfied with their current balance.
