India's market regulator, SEBI, proposes changes to angel fund investments, raising the maximum limit to ₹25 crore and lowering the minimum to ₹10 lakh. Only accredited investors would be allowed to invest, and the 25% diversification limit would be removed. SEBI also questions if angel funds should remain regulated, considering recent tax changes. Public comments are sought by November 28.
