Nigerian court nullifies Peoples Democratic Party congresses in Ebonyi State, deeming them unconstitutional.

The Federal High Court in Abakaliki has nullified recent congresses conducted by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi State, including ward, local government, and state levels. The court ruled the congresses unconstitutional, following a lawsuit by Nnenna Lynda Udeh and others. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been ordered not to recognize any officers elected from these nullified congresses.
