Judge grants prosecutors more time to indict Sean Higgins in the cycling deaths of NHL player Johnny Gaudreau and his brother.

A New Jersey judge has granted prosecutors an additional 30 days to indict Sean M. Higgins, who is accused of killing NHL player Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew while they were cycling in August. Higgins, who had a blood-alcohol level of 0.087, is currently jailed on preliminary charges including two counts of death by auto and reckless driving. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
