Indian Coast Guard rescued a critically ill fisherman from a boat 60 km off Diu's coast.

The Indian Coast Guard successfully evacuated a critically ill fisherman from a boat 60 km southeast of Diu. After receiving a distress call, the ICGS C-419 was diverted for a medical evacuation. The coast guard administered first aid and transported the fisherman to the RNEL Jetty in Pipavav, where his condition was stabilized before transferring him to a local hospital in Rajula.
