Eleanor Bryant, 43, died heroically saving children from a crashing truck at her preschool.

Eleanor Bryant, a 43-year-old speech pathologist at a preschool in Riddells Creek, Victoria, died after reportedly pushing children out of the way of an oncoming truck that crashed into the playground. A three-year-old boy was injured but not critically. The truck driver, a 68-year-old man, is suspected of having a medical episode. Bryant's friend, Today show presenter Alex Cullen, paid tribute to her as a selfless hero.
