Driver accused of drunk, high-speed crash causing two deaths in Wisconsin ordered to stand trial.

A 23-year-old driver accused of causing a high-speed crash that led to two deaths in Allouez, Wisconsin, has been ordered to stand trial. Jonathan Snulligan was allegedly driving at 103-110 mph in a 30 mph zone with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.097, above the legal limit. Despite the defense's claims, the judge ruled there was enough evidence to proceed. The trial, initially set for October 7th, was postponed.
