Uzbekistan exported 2,178 tons of pomegranates worth $2.7 million from January to September 2024, according to the country's statistics agency. Russia was the main importer with 1,714 tons, followed by Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan with 159 and 129 tons respectively. Uzbekistan also exported smaller amounts to Ukraine, Poland, and other countries.
