The No. 4 Texas women's basketball team started their season with a 119-47 win over Southeast Missouri, thanks to newcomer Kyla Oldacre's standout performance of 21 points and 14 rebounds in just 17 minutes. Point guard Rori Harmon also returned successfully from a knee injury, adding 10 points and seven assists. The team's depth and teamwork were evident with 27 assists on 48 baskets.
