Delhi High Court permits student union vote counting if university vandalism is cleaned up by Nov. 18.

The Delhi High Court has allowed vote counting for Delhi University's student union elections to proceed by November 26, on condition that all defaced university and public properties are cleaned and repainted within a week. The court previously halted the counting due to widespread vandalism during the campaign. Candidates must submit proof of cleanup efforts and commit to maintaining university property for future use.
