Yu Shang Food, Inc. is recalling about 4,589 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The products were produced between October 21 and 27, 2024, and were distributed nationwide. Listeria can cause serious infections, especially in older adults, pregnant women, and those with weakened immune systems. The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service advises consumers not to eat the recalled products and to discard or return them.
