Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin criticized opposition leader Edappadi K Palaniswami, accusing him of using underhanded tactics to gain power and questioning welfare schemes named after former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. Stalin defended the schemes and highlighted new initiatives, including covering educational expenses for victims of cracker factory accidents. He inaugurated a new district collectorate in Virudhunagar.
