In its first nine months, the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service received 339 complaints. Former staffer Brittany Higgins questions if political perpetrators are being held accountable, noting that while improvements have been made in workplace culture, more action is needed to address serious incidents consistently across political parties. The service has seen no recorded resolutions to the complaints.
