King Charles III marks his 76th birthday by opening food hubs to reduce waste and aid charities.

King Charles III will celebrate his 76th birthday by opening two food distribution hubs as part of the one-year-old Coronation Food Project. The initiative aims to reduce food waste and support charities like FareShare and the Felix Project. With £15 million raised, the project plans to build up to 10 hubs nationwide and has granted £715,000 to 33 community food groups. The hubs will enhance warehouse space, cold storage, and transportation to boost food distribution.
