Michael Woods, a 100-year-old RAF veteran, will participate in the UK's national Remembrance Day service for the first time, marching past the Cenotaph in London. He served as a mechanic on Lancaster bombers during WWII but had previously felt undeserving of attending the event. After connecting with fellow veterans through Blind Veterans UK, which helped him with vision issues, he decided to honor those who fought and died in the wars.
