During an election rally in Jharkhand, Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused the Hemant Soren-led government of facilitating Bangladeshi infiltrators, promising their deportation if the BJP wins. He criticized Congress and the JMM for misrepresenting the Uniform Civil Code's impact on tribal rights and vowed to imprison corrupt leaders. BJP president Jagat Prasad Nadda also stated that children of infiltrators will not receive tribal rights. Jharkhand elections are set for November 13 and 20.
