A multi-vehicle crash in Sturgeon County, Alberta, killed two seniors and injured two others.

A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 44 in Sturgeon County, Alberta, resulted in the deaths of two seniors from Westlock County on Wednesday evening. A 17-year-old girl driving a van collided with an oncoming pickup truck, which then was struck by a semi-trailer. The 65-year-old driver and 70-year-old passenger of the pickup were killed, while the drivers of the van and semi were treated for injuries and are expected to recover. Police are investigating the incident.
