Trevor Sorbie, the celebrated Scottish hairstylist known for creating the iconic wedge cut, has died at 75 after a battle with bowel cancer. Born in Paisley, he opened his first salon in London in 1979 and styled numerous celebrities. Sorbie was a four-time British Hairdresser of the Year and founded the charity My New Hair, which supports those experiencing hair loss due to illness. His passing was announced by his salon, which encourages donations to charities in his memory.
