Republican Rep. Burgess Owens has been re-elected to represent Utah's 4th Congressional District, securing his third term after defeating Democrat Katrina Fallick-Wang. Owens, a former NFL player, is one of four Black Republicans in the U.S. House and opposes diversity and inclusion requirements in higher education. He serves on the House Education and Workforce and Transportation and Infrastructure committees. The Associated Press declared his victory early in the morning.
