Johnson, 31, and Kiyahn Hayes-Woods, 23, as the final suspects in a gang-related shooting on Jefferson Street on October 12, which resulted in one death and nine injuries. Johnson faces charges of aggravated assault and felony reckless endangerment, while Hayes-Woods is charged with reckless endangerment and unlawful gun possession. Their arrests follow earlier detentions of two other suspects linked to the incident.
