Kansas launches a $105.6M Home Rebates Program to help low-income households cut energy costs.

The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is set to launch the Kansas Home Rebates Program, aimed at helping low- to moderate-income households reduce energy costs with $105.6 million from the Inflation Reduction Act. In partnership with HORNE, KCC is designing the program and engaging with stakeholders. Applications are due by January 31, 2025, and rebates are anticipated to be available later that year, pending U.S. Department of Energy approval. More details can be found on the KCC website.
