Cellebrite reported strong third-quarter 2024 results, surpassing $100 million in revenue for the first time, reaching $106.9 million—up 27% year-over-year. The growth is attributed to their AI-driven Case-to-Closure platform. The company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) rose 26% to $370.8 million. CEO Yossi Carmil announced his upcoming departure, and interim CEO Thomas E. Hogan will lead until a new CEO is appointed. Cellebrite also launched Pathfinder in the Cloud with AWS.
