Authorities in Lewiston, Idaho, seized 26 malnourished cattle from 76-year-old Steven Watson's five-acre property due to neglect and public safety concerns. Since June, the police received around 38 reports of the cattle wandering and issued 17 citations to Watson for failing to secure them. Despite requests to voluntarily relinquish some animals, he did not comply. The cattle are now receiving care at the Lewiston Livestock Market.
