Julian Casablancas of The Strokes says he no longer enjoys their hit "Last Nite" due to burnout.
In a recent interview with The Guardian, Julian Casablancas, frontman of The Strokes, expressed that he no longer enjoys listening to the band's hit "Last Nite," calling it "pretty dead to me." He also mentioned feeling similarly about other songs like "Reptilia" and "Hard to Explain," though he isn't as tired of them. Casablancas attributed his feelings to burnout from performing older songs live but still appreciates his role in the band. The Strokes last released an album in 2020.
