India's Competition Commission withdrew its antitrust report on Flipkart after Xiaomi's concerns.

India's Competition Commission (CCI) has withdrawn its antitrust report on Flipkart, owned by Walmart, after Xiaomi raised concerns about sensitive sales data included in the document. The CCI instructed recipients to destroy the report and refrain from further distribution. This is the second such recall, following a similar case involving Apple. The investigation, initiated in 2020, found that Flipkart and Amazon favored certain sellers and listings, but legal challenges have since stalled the process.
