The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has charged five postal employees in Jammu and Kashmir for allegedly defrauding the savings account of a deceased woman at the Gandhi Nagar Head Post Office. The accused reportedly manipulated the account after her death in February 2011, transferring funds to another account and withdrawing cash. This case follows another fraud incident at the same post office. Investigations are ongoing.
