Ireland's High Court has ordered Ballyseedy Restaurant's liquidation over €1 million in unpaid debts.

The High Court in Ireland has ordered the winding up of Ballyseedy Restaurant Ltd, owned by Nathan McDonnell, due to over €1 million in unpaid debts to Revenue. McDonnell faces charges linked to the largest crystal meth seizure in Ireland's history. Following his arrest, the restaurant ceased trading and notified suppliers it could not settle outstanding bills. A liquidator has been appointed, and the business is set to transfer to Smaash Burger Limited, without carrying over its debts.
