Jewish Care launched the Head Room café in London to combat loneliness with one-on-one support.

Jewish Care, a London charity, has launched the Head Room community café in Golders Green to address loneliness, offering one-to-one chat sessions for individuals who feel overwhelmed by group settings. Trained 'befrienders' are available for conversations. The charity also provides mental health first aid training and collaborates on a suicide coping guide, supporting around 12,000 people weekly with various care services, including nursing and end-of-life support.
