Oregon Highway 138 reopened after disabled vehicles blocked it, urging drivers to prepare for winter.

Oregon Highway 138, east of Diamond Lake Junction, was closed Friday afternoon due to disabled vehicles without required chains, blocking the road. The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) lifted the closure by 5:45 p.m. and advised motorists to prepare for winter conditions, use chains when necessary, and carry emergency supplies.
