Led by Charles Amudipe, the operation targeted five suspected outlets and involved security personnel. The NCC emphasized its zero-tolerance policy on copyright infringement and warned that those involved in piracy would face legal consequences. The commission has increased enforcement efforts against piracy over the past five years.
