50-year-old Milwaukee motorcycle officer injured in U-turn collision; driver arrested, faces charges.

A Milwaukee motorcycle officer, 50, was seriously injured in a collision caused by a vehicle making an illegal U-turn on October 30. The driver attempted to flee but was arrested after becoming incapacitated and was also taken to a hospital. The officer received treatment for non-fatal injuries. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
