Michael Moran, 36, was arrested in Dover after a standoff with police early Wednesday. He allegedly pointed a gun at officers and barricaded himself inside a residence with six children present. After a peaceful surrender at 10:58 a.m., all children were found safe. Moran faces multiple charges, including aggravated menacing and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and is held on a $47,000 cash bail. No injuries were reported.
