Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy reported that Ukraine has received only 10% of the $61 billion U.S. military aid package approved by Congress in April, following delays caused by Republican opposition. He attributed the slow delivery of weapons not to funding issues, but to logistical challenges. Zelenskiy also noted that NATO promised six or seven air defense systems by September, which Ukraine has yet to fully receive, amid ongoing struggles against Russian forces.
